The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹27,000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new retail stores, supermarkets, and kirana outlets in the assigned territory.
Conduct product demonstrations and educate retailers about product quality, margins, and sales potential.
Generate sales orders, achieve monthly targets, and ensure regular stock replenishment.
Build strong relationships with retailers to increase repeat business and market penetration.
Ensure proper product visibility, merchandising, and execution of promotional activities in stores.
Submit daily market reports, track competitor activities, and share market insights with management.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 2 - 4 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
