About the Role

​We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven individuals to join our team as Field Sales Executives. In this role, you will interact directly with potential customers (B2C), introduce our association's products/services, and drive field-level customer engagement.

​Key Responsibilities

• ​Direct Field Sales: Visit target locations, meet prospective individual clients/customers face-to-face, and generate leads.

• ​Product Explanation: Demonstrate and pitch our services clearly to potential customers to convert inquiries into sales.

• ​Relationship Building: Build trust and maintain positive relations with customers in your designated area.

• ​Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and monthly field sales targets.

• ​Reporting: Maintain daily logs of visits, customer feedback, and sales closed, and report them to the manager.

​Key Requirements & Qualifications

• ​Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) from a recognized board. Graduates are also welcome to apply.

• ​Experience: Freshers (0 years) or candidates with 0–1 years experience. Full guidance and initial orientation will be provided.

• ​Skills:

◦ ​Good spoken communication and interpersonal skills.

◦ ​Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.

◦ ​Self-disciplined with a high level of energy for outdoor/field movement.

• ​Must-haves:

◦ ​A working smartphone with internet connectivity.

◦ ​Local geographical knowledge of the assigned field area.

​Work Type & Structure

• ​Domain: B2C (Business-to-Consumer Direct Sales)

• ​Job Type: Full-Time / Part-time

• ​Working Hours: Flexible field schedules based on campaign requirements.

​Salary & Compensation

• ​Monthly Base Pay: Range, e.g., ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 / month

• ​Incentives & Bonuses: Performance-based monthly incentives with no upper limit (Earn extra on every successful conversion).
