Job Description

• Handle daily field sales activities across urban and rural markets.

• Visit retailers, distributors, and potential customers.

• Generate new leads and develop business in the assigned territory.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

• Collect orders and follow up for payments and stock availability.

• Support promotional and marketing activities.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

• Maintain daily sales reports and MIS.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG / Food / Field Sales preferred.

• Candidates with field sales experience from other industries can also apply.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

• Good knowledge of the local market.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
