• Identify and approach organizations with HR and recruitment requirements.

• Meet decision-makers and understand their business and HR needs.

• Promote Recruitment, HR Consulting, Payroll, Compliance, and HR Training services.

• Conduct client meetings and explain service offerings professionally.

• Generate leads through cold visits, referrals, networking, and local business contacts.

• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for client requirements.

• Maintain records of client visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

• Explore new markets and identify opportunities for business growth.

Requirements

• Any Bachelor's degree.

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or B2B sales preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel within Vijayawada and nearby areas.

• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

• Ability to independently handle client visits and follow-ups.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
