Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive sales of retail banking products while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new customers by promoting DBS Bank's retail banking products and services.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and other sales channels.
Sell banking products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Personal Loans, Credit Cards, and Insurance (as applicable).
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth account opening and customer onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Stay updated on banking products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), or Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.
