Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell residential/commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and experience in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through various sales channels.
Meet prospective clients to understand their property requirements.
Conduct property site visits and presentations.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and documentation.
Negotiate and close sales while achieving monthly targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing clients.
Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
1–2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred.
