Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive who will actively contribute to property sales by managing channel partner relationship, conducting site visits.
· Lead Generation & Channel Partner/Client Engagement
Identify prospective channel partners/buyers, build and manage lead pipelines, and execute follow-ups on leads to foster engagement and convert prospects into site visits
Conduct property visits, share product knowledge with channel partners/clients, and build long-term relationships
Stay updated on local real estate trends, pricing, and competition. Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to management. Ability and mindset to work in ERP and daily updation on ERP
· Experience: Minimum 6 months in real estate sales or a closely related role with proven performance.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline preferred.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and a basic understanding of the Gurgaon Real Estate market.
o Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven.
· Mobility Requirement: Must have personal transport (car/motorbike) and a valid driver’s license; comfortable traveling across multiple locations in and around Gurgaon.
