Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Overview:

Syscom Softech Private Limited is looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and

driving business growth through IT service sales.

Salary: 2.5 LPA 3.5 LPA

Experience: 0 to 1 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, field visits, and online platforms

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients

• Present and promote company services to clients

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities

• Follow up with leads and convert them into clients

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of sales and marketing

• Confident, target-oriented, and proactive approach

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Basic knowledge of IT services (preferred but not mandatory)

Eligibility:

• Graduate, Post Graduate or pursuing

• Freshers are welcome

• Experience in sales/marketing is an added advantage
