Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and presentable female candidate to handle retail marketing and stall activities. The role involves engaging with customers, driving offline sales, and promoting products effectively at on-ground locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and operate marketing stalls at assigned locations
Interact with walk-in customers and explain product offerings
Drive offline sales and achieve daily targets
Promote products and create brand awareness
Handle customer queries and provide excellent service
Maintain stall setup, display, and stock coordination
Requirements:
Female candidate with minimum 1 year of experience in retail marketing
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory)
Confident in customer interaction and face-to-face sales
Presentable, energetic, and sales-driven personality
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
