We are looking for a proactive and reliable Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our book titles, generate leads, close orders, and manage end-to-end client relationships, including post-sale stock coordination.
What the Role Involves
Conducting field visits, distributing promotional materials, and marketing our book catalog to potential buyers and retailers.
Engaging prospects, explaining book options, and negotiating terms to convert inquiries into direct orders.
Managing the complete sales process from initial presentation all the way through to final order closure.
Handling post-sale service, including inspecting and processing returned or unsold books as per company guidelines.
Maintaining strong relationships with customers to secure repeat orders and ensure timely payments.
Tracking daily sales activity, customer feedback, and stock returns to report back to management.
What We’re Looking For
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on attitude with a willingness to manage both sales outreach and practical inventory/return tasks.
Friendly, persuasive, and persistent when following up with potential and existing clients.
Highly organized with good attention to detail regarding orders, stock levels, and records.
