Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Naye potential clients ko dhundhna aur unse sampark karna.

• Client Outreach: Strategic telecalling ke zariye clients se baat karna.

• Sales Conversion: Leads ko successful deals mein convert karna.

• Relationship Management: Clients ke saath acche sambandh banaye rakhna.

Salary & Target Structure:

• Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 INR (Fixed).

• Weekly Payout: Aapki monthly salary ke hisaab se har hafte payment ki jayegi.

• Target: Mahine mein 35 closed deals ka target rahega.

• Proportional Salary: Agar target poora nahi hota hai, toh salary deals ke hisaab se adjust ki jayegi.

• Bonus: 35 deals se upar jane par aur company profit hone par extra incentives milenge.

Requirements:

• Behtareen communication skills (Hindi/English).

• Convincing power aur sales ka junoon.

• Target-oriented mindset.
