👤 Candidate Requirements

• Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply

• Must have a 2-wheeler

• Good communication skills in Telugu & Hindi

• English communication is an added advantage

• Confident, presentable and target-oriented

• Willing to travel for client meetings and property site visits

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and leads

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties

• Conduct property/project site visits

• Follow up with prospective clients

• Coordinate with builders and project sales teams

• Negotiate and assist in closing property transactions

• Maintain client relationships and generate referrals

• Achieve monthly sales targets

💰 Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000/month
