Job Description
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and lead generation activities.
Meet prospective customers and understand their requirements.
Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and product presentations.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for order confirmation.
Negotiate pricing and payment terms within company guidelines.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer support.
Collect customer documents and ensure proper record maintenance.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
Follow company policies, procedures, and SOPs.
