Job Summary
SK Energy Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced and target-driven Solar Sales Executive to promote and sell rooftop and commercial solar power solutions. The candidate will handle end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, client meetings, site coordination, proposal preparation, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar PV projects
Promote rooftop and ground-mounted solar solutions (Residential, Commercial & Industrial)
Generate leads through site visits, cold calling, referrals, and channel partners
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions
Prepare proposals, quotations, and cost estimates
Coordinate with design, engineering, and installation teams
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
Past working Industries: Solar, Capital Supply to construction (Lifts, Generators, Transformers, machinery etc), Water Related Products industry.
Preferred: knowledge of solar PV systems and renewable energy solutions
Proven sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team
Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
Must Own a Vehicle.
Preferred Skills
Experience in rooftop solar (Residential / C&I)
Knowledge of net metering, subsidies, and solar regulations
Existing network of EPCs, builders, or corporate clients
