Job Summary

AAA Prasad Group is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on sales leads.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.

Conduct property presentations and site visits.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers.

Negotiate and assist in closing property sales.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.

Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for lead management.

Build long-term relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales is mandatory.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
