About the Role
We are a growing playing card manufacturer and distributor serving both general trade channels (wholesalers, semi-wholesalers, retailers) and recreational clubs (card rooms, leisure clubs, gaming centres).
We are looking for a dynamic Junior Sales Executive who enjoys working in the field, meeting new customers, collecting market intelligence, and converting prospects into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
1. Market Mapping & Intelligence
• Conduct regular market visits in assigned territories.
• Identify and connect with wholesalers, semi-wholesalers, and retailers.
• Build and maintain a structured market database including contacts, addresses, and purchase volumes.
• Gather competitive intelligence including product availability, pricing, monthly sales volumes, and promotional schemes.
2. Club & Institutional Sales
• Visit recreational clubs, card rooms, and gaming venues.
• Build relationships with club managers, secretaries, and decision-makers.
• Understand current card usage, brands used, and monthly consumption.
• Present and promote our playing card product range to clubs and institutions.
3. Sales & Business Development
• Present the company’s product portfolio to prospective customers.
• Distribute product samples and collect feedback.
• Identify opportunities for brand visibility such as in-store displays, partnerships, and club promotions.
4. Reporting & Strategy
• Submit detailed market visit reports to the Sales Manager.
• Share insights and competitor analysis to support market expansion strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
5. Order Management & Customer Retention
• Follow the complete order processing SOP from order receipt to delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat orders and long-term partnerships.

Skills & Qualifications
Required
• Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing/Commerce preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently present and pitch products.
• Willingness to travel extensively for market visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.
• Self-driven with strong ownership and accountability.
Preferred
• 0–5 years experience in FMCG / consumer goods / stationery / gaming products sales.
• Experience in field sales, distributor handling, or market mapping.
• Existing contacts in general trade or recreational clubs is an advantage.
