Profile Summary

We are looking for a confident, well-groomed, and customer-focused Female Sales Executive to join our perfume store. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a pleasant personality, and a genuine interest in perfumes, fragrances, and customer service.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their fragrance preferences, recommending suitable products, and achieving store sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the store with a friendly and professional approach.

• Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.

• Recommend suitable perfumes and fragrances based on customer preferences.

• Explain product features, fragrance notes, usage, and benefits to customers.

• Demonstrate perfumes and help customers select the right fragrance.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and provide excellent in-store customer service.

• Maintain proper product displays and ensure the store looks clean and organized.

• Maintain adequate product knowledge, including fragrance categories, brands, and notes.

• Handle billing and basic point-of-sale (POS) activities, if required.

• Maintain stock awareness and inform the concerned team about low-stock products.

• Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

• Support promotional activities, offers, and new product launches.

• Maintain a professional appearance and follow store policies and procedures.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-service-oriented and approachable personality.

• Good convincing and selling skills.

• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend products accordingly.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn about perfumes and fragrances.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/POS systems will be an advantage.

• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven retail environment.

• Well-groomed and professional personality.

Eligibility

• Female Graduate candidates preferred.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with prior experience in retail sales, cosmetics, perfumes, beauty, fashion, or luxury products will be an advantage.

• Good communication skills are required.

• Candidates should be comfortable working in a customer-facing store environment.
