Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads.

• Meet prospective customers and explain project details.

• Conduct site visits and property presentations.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer conversion.

• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in any sales sector (Real Estate experience preferred).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work in the field and interact with customers regularly.

• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.

• Male candidates only.
