About the Role:

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. As we are one of the pioneer companies in steel bar manufacturing in North India, the Sales Executive will support sales operations by visiting dealers, developing new customer relationships, and assisting in market expansion.

Sales Executive responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, supporting deal closures, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet business expectations and contribute to the company’s steady growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Frequent visits to dealer shops and planning sales activities
• Actively seek new sales opportunities through field visits and networking
• Set up meetings with lohars/contractors, maintain their details, and stay in touch for sales
• Assist in delivering product presentations
• Ensure availability of stock at dealer shops
• Participate in exhibitions or promotional activities
• Support in closing deals and handling customer queries
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers and share it with internal teams

Required Skills:

• Fresher with strong interest in sales & marketing
• Proficiency in Hindi / Punjabi
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Willingness to work in the field
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Basic presentation and communication skills.
