Job Title:

Field Sales & Marketing Executive – Electrical Home Appliances

Local market / Field work (Street & Retail level)

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit street markets, shops, dealers, and distributors to promote electrical home appliances (fans, coolers, heaters, etc.)

• Actively market products on the ground by meeting retailers and potential customers

• Generate new sales leads and convert them into orders

• Take regular orders from shops and follow up for repeat business

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, and wholesalers

• Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers

• Collect market feedback, competitor pricing, and customer requirements

• Ensure proper product visibility in shops

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with office/team for order processing and stock updates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduation preferred)

• Experience in field sales / marketing (Electrical)

• Strong communication & convincing skills

• Ability to work on the streets and in markets daily

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

• Two-wheeler preferred
