💼 *Role Overview:*

Direct customer touchpoint & brand ambassador for Airtel Xstream Fiber

Create brand & product awareness among potential customers

Solve customer problems & ensure seamless onboarding experience

📝 *Key Responsibilities:*

• Generate leads from online & offline channels

• Build pipeline of sales prospects

• Pitch Airtel Xstream Fiber plans to customers

• Follow up with leads & drive closures

• Conduct BTL activities for brand visibility

• Support customers during onboarding for smooth experience

🎓 *Eligibility:*

10 + 2 Passed (Mandatory)

Minimum 6 months field sales experience

Strong sales pitching & prospecting skills

Customer-centric mindset

Teamwork, collaboration & relationship building

💡 *Skills Required:*

Sales prospecting & pitching

*Results orientation*

Networking & interpersonal skills

💰 *Compensation:*

Monthly Salary: ₹19,100 – ₹28,700

Incentives: ₹2,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on target achievement)
