Key Responsibilities
• Market and lease commercial properties (office, retail, industrial, mixed-use)
• Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective tenants
• Identify and qualify tenant leads and business requirements
• Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and amendments
• Prepare and review lease proposals, LOIs, and related documentation
• Analyze market trends, rental rates, and comparable properties
• Maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, brokers, and developers
• Coordinate with legal teams, property managers, and finance departments
• Maintain accurate CRM and leasing activity records
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
