Salary Range
₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
Role Objective
To generate sales through structured daily field visits, convert company-provided leads, manage existing customers, and achieve monthly sales and collection targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
1. Territory Coverage & Field Visits
Conduct daily field visits as per assigned route plan.
Meet new prospects and existing customers regularly.
Ensure complete coverage of the assigned territory.
Maintain a structured visit plan and execution discipline.
2. Lead Conversion & Order Closure
Follow up on company-provided leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable powder coating products.
Close orders within approved pricing guidelines.
Achieve defined monthly sales and collection targets.
3. Existing Customer Development
Maintain regular contact with existing customers.
Increase order value and repeat business from current accounts.
Identify cross-selling opportunities across product finishes and chemistries.
4. Reporting & Process Discipline
Submit Daily Visit Reports (DVR) without delay.
Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, orders, and collections.
Follow company sales process and reporting system strictly.
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in powder coating, pre-treatment chemicals, industrial chemicals, or similar B2B industry preferred.
Strong customer interaction and negotiation skills.
Must own a two-wheeler (bike) for daily field travel.
Comfortable with extensive on-field work.
Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
Target-driven with strong follow-up ability
