Job Summary:        

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves meeting potential clients, promoting products/services, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and willing to travel for business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.

• Conduct client visits and product presentations.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective field activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

• Gather market insights, competitor updates, and customer feedback.

• Maintain sales records and provide timely reports to management.

• Coordinate with the internal sales/operations team for smooth execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales or a related role.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned areas.

• Qualification: Graduate (preferred) / 12th pass with relevant sales experience.
