We are looking for a polished and customer-focused HNI Sales Executive to manage and grow relationships with High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients. The role involves delivering a premium customer experience, understanding client preferences, and driving high-value sales through personalized engagement.
Handle and manage HNI & VIP customers with a personalized and relationship-driven approach
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable high-value products
Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
Maintain detailed records of customer preferences, purchase history, and follow-ups
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned for HNI category
Coordinate with store managers and support teams for exclusive customer requirements
Participate in private viewings, events, and special appointments for HNI customers
Ensure premium service standards and brand values are consistently delivered
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
Good understanding of luxury / premium product selling
Presentable, confident, and customer-centric personality
