📋 Job Summary

We are hiring Sales Executives for Paytm's Field Sales team. The role involves acquiring new merchants and promoting Paytm's QR, Soundbox and EDC payment solutions to retail stores and businesses.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Visit retail shops and businesses to generate new merchant leads.

Acquire new merchants for Paytm QR, Soundbox and EDC.

Explain product features, benefits and commercial terms.

Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Conduct merchant onboarding and ensure proper documentation.

Follow up with prospective and existing merchants.

Build strong relationships with retailers and business owners.

Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Maintain daily sales reports and update the reporting manager.

🎯 Candidate Requirements

12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Experience in Field Sales / Retail Sales / Merchant Acquisition / FMCG / Telecom / Banking / Fintech / B2B Sales will be an advantage.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable with field sales and daily market visits.

Target-oriented, energetic and self-motivated.

Smartphone and basic knowledge of mobile applications required.

💰 Salary / CTC

₹3.12 LPA – ₹4.32 LPA

Approx. Monthly CTC: ₹26,000 – ₹36,000
