We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property presentations, driving site visits, and closing sales for residential and/or commercial projects.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, online portals, referrals, and walk-ins.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable real estate projects.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project walkthroughs with potential buyers.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high conversion rates.
Act as a point of contact for clients throughout the entire sales cycle.
Negotiate deals and assist customers in booking and documentation processes.
Coordinate with the CRM team, marketing team, and sales managers for smooth operations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain daily activity reports and update lead status in CRM tools.
Stay updated on project details, pricing, offers, and market trends.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline).
1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Residential/Commercial).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle customers professionally and build trust.
Good knowledge of local real estate market and competitors.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Experience with builders, developers, or channel partner networks.
Knowledge of property documentation and RERA guidelines.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
