Job Description – Sales Executive (Steel Products)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and identify potential customers through field visits, calls, and market research.

• Promote and sell steel roofing sheets, PVC fencing, and other company products.

• Visit retail shops, hardware stores, dealers, distributors, contractors, and other prospective customers.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.

• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and leads to convert them into sales.

• Achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities in the assigned market.

• Conduct regular market visits to understand competitor activities and market trends.

• Coordinate with the internal team regarding customer orders, deliveries, and payments.

• Maintain daily sales reports, customer details, and field visit records.

Required Skills:

• Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Customer relationship management and business development abilities.

• A target-oriented approach with a willingness to work in field sales.

• Ability to identify new customers and develop business opportunities.

• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

• Prior experience in steel, roofing, construction materials, retail sales, or field sales will be an added advantage.
