Job Description – Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate leads, develop new customers, and increase sales of steel, roofing, and PVC fencing products through field visits and market development.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit hardware shops, dealers, distributors, contractors, and potential customers.

• Generate new leads and develop business opportunities in the assigned territory.

• Promote and explain company products, including steel roofing and PVC fencing solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Conduct regular market visits and identify new sales opportunities.

• Follow up on quotations, customer inquiries, and pending orders.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily visit and sales reports.

• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in steel, construction materials, hardware, or building products.

• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Compensation

Salary as per experience and company norms, plus applicable sales incentives.
