Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales, expand the customer base, and contribute to business growth in the industrial electrical and automation solutions sector. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing technical support to customers

Experience Required: 1–2 Years in Relevant Field

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. in Electronics & Telecommunication (ETC) / Electrical Engineering

Industry: Industrial Electrical / Automation Solutions Manufacturing

Age Preference: 25+ Years

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

• Set and achieve sales targets while monitoring sales performance.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Prepare sales forecasts, quotations, proposals, and regular sales reports.

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical products to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.

• Handle technical objections and resolve customer queries effectively.

• Coordinate with engineering and technical support teams for customer requirements.

• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support business development.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to explain complex technical products to non-technical customers.

• Good knowledge of industrial electrical and automation products.

• Ability to conduct product demonstrations.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and convincing skills.

• Ability to handle technical objections from clients.

• Good coordination skills with engineering and technical teams.

• Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.

Good spoken English and local language•.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
