Job Responsibilities:

- Customers ko loan products ke baare mein information dena.

- New customers/leads generate karna aur unse regular follow-up karna.

- Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan aur LAP products ke liye sales karna.

- Customer ki requirement samajhkar suitable loan product suggest karna.

- Leads ko process karwana aur documentation/KYC ke liye customer ko guide karna.

- Daily/Monthly sales targets achieve karna.

- Existing customers ke saath good relationship maintain karna.

- Sales data aur customer details ko properly update karna.

- Team aur senior management ke saath coordination karke cases ko login se disbursement tak follow karna.

- Company policies aur process ke according kaam karna.

Required Skills:

- Basic computer knowledge

- Banking/Loan products ki basic understanding
