Job Title: Colour Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for a customer-focused Colour Consultant to join our Company Colourideas stores. The candidate will provide personalized colour consultations, recommend colour schemes, finishes, wallpapers, and décor styles, and help customers choose the right products for their spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers with colour selection and home décor recommendations.

• Suggest colour combinations, finishes, textures, wallpapers, and décor styles.

• Promote premium and luxury products to achieve monthly sales targets.

• Upsell painting services and related products.

• Use digital colour visualizers and shade-selection tools.

• Follow up on customer leads and generate new business through calling.

• Maintain customer records, daily reports, and store displays.

• Ensure an excellent customer experience and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline, including Interior Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, Commerce, Science, or Arts.

• 0–3 years of experience in retail, sales, business development, or home décor.

• Candidates with experience in retail outlets, malls, supermarkets, or coaching institutes are preferred.

• Good communication, customer-handling, and sales skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
