Field Sales Executive (Female Preferred) Role Summary

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the adoption of our new software application among doctors. This role involves direct, in-person sales pitches, product demonstrations, negotiation, and hands-on onboarding to ensure successful initial use of the software.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development  Execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and maximize market.  Conduct effective, professional, and compelling product presentations and software demonstrations to doctors and clinic administrators, highlighting the value proposition and benefits.  Handle objections, negotiate terms, and successfully close new business contracts.  Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and customer information in Zoho CRM. Onboarding & Account Activation  Software Implementation: Guide the doctor and their staff through the initial setup of the new software and explain the features.  Feedback Loop: Gather and relay user feedback (doctors' needs, pain points, feature requests) to the product and development teams to drive continuous improvement. Relationship Management  Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting, and trusting relationships with key healthcare decision-makers.  Turn newly onboarded practices into satisfied, long-term customers and potential references. �Required Qualifications & Skills 

Education: Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 

Experience: o 2-5 years of experience in field sales or B2B sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Soft Skills: Superior written and verbal English communication skills. o Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust quickly with busy professionals. o Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to manage a busy travel schedule and territory independently.  Must be comfortable learning, demonstrating, and teaching others how to use a new software application. Willingness and ability to travel.
