Sales Executive

Role Objective:
Drive on-ground sales of Easymech products by acquiring industrial clients, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit CNC machine shops, MSMEs, and other industrial clients.

• Promote Easymech products and solutions, highlighting ROI and efficiency benefits.

• Close sales deals and meet monthly revenue targets.

• Maintain and grow key client accounts through follow-ups and service support.

• Report market feedback, competitor activity, and sales data accurately in CRM.

• Represent the company at industrial exhibitions, workshops, and client meetings.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Monthly Sales & Revenue Achievement

• Number of New Accounts Acquired

• Repeat Business & Account Retention

• Average Order Value Growth

• Pipeline Development & Forecast Accuracy

Experience & Qualifications:

• 1–4 years in Industrial B2B or Field Sales (Machine Tools/Cutting Tools preferred)

• Any Graduate , Diploma/BE Mechanical preferred; MBA is a plus

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Consultative selling approach

• Target-driven, proactive, and disciplined

• Technical understanding of industrial tools is preferred
