Identify and connect with prospective schools through leads, cold calls, and follow-up calls.

 Conduct regular school visits to generate new leads and establish relationships with schools.

 Understand the requirements and interests of schools and identify potential business opportunities.

 Introduce and showcase MatrusriX educational products and solutions to prospective schools.

 Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to school decision-makers.

 Identify and build relationships with School Principals, Correspondents, Academic Heads, and

Management representatives.

 Nurture relationships with school decision-makers and follow up on prospective opportunities.

 Qualify leads based on interest, requirement, and business potential.

 Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities through effective presentations and follow-ups.

 Maintain accurate records of leads, school visits, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipeline

in the CRM.

 Prepare and submit daily activity and progress reports to the Business Head.

 Coordinate with the Sales Manager/Business Head and provide regular updates on lead and

opportunity status.

 Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation and sales targets.

 Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused approach while interacting with schools.
