Purpose of Role
To generate and manage sales of garment tags, labels, stickers, printed material, and related products in the Indore garment market through company leads, door-to-door visits, follow-up, product demonstration, order booking, dispatch coordination, and payment collection.
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead Handling
Company will provide leads daily.
Contact all assigned leads by call and WhatsApp within same day.
Maintain complete status of every lead.
No lead should remain pending without follow-up.
2. Door-to-Door Market Visit
Visit garment shops, manufacturers, wholesalers, boutiques, and factories in Indore garment market.
Meet new customers directly and introduce company products.
Collect customer details and add them into LMS / register.
Daily minimum market visits as instructed by Sales Head.
3. Product Demonstration
Carry tag, label, sticker, barcode, and sample book during visits.
Show customer available quality, material, design, size, printing, and finishing options.
Explain product difference, pricing, delivery time, and best option according to customer requirement.
Give full product demo and solve customer doubts.
4. Customer Requirement Collection
Understand customer requirement for:
Size
Material
Color
Quantity
Printing Type
Delivery Date
Take sample photo or existing label copy if required.
5. Quotation & Rate Discussion
Share rate and quotation with customer.
Negotiate rate within approved range.
If special rate is required, take owner approval before final commitment.
Convert inquiry into order.
6. Full Customer Service Responsibility
The sales executive will handle complete customer service from first inquiry until final payment.

7. Order Booking
Take confirmed order from customer.
Fill order form correctly with:
Customer Name
Product Details
Quantity
Rate
Dispatch Date
Payment Terms
Enter order into LMS / ERP / register.
Take approval from owner.
8. Dispatch Coordination
Coordinate with production and dispatch team after order confirmation.
Track order until material is ready.
Inform customer about:
Production status
Dispatch date
LR number
Transport details
Ensure customer receives product on time.
9. Complaint & Service Handling
If customer has issue in material, print, quantity, or dispatch, immediately coordinate with office and solve problem.
Maintain good relationship with customer for repeat business.
10. Payment Follow-Up
Share invoice and bill after dispatch.
Follow up for payment through call and WhatsApp.
Coordinate with accounts team.
Update owner once payment is received.
Daily Activity Target
New lead calls: 20 minimum 📞
Follow-up calls: 20 minimum
Door-to-door market visits: 8–10 shops minimum
Product demos: 5 minimum per day
Quotations shared: 5 minimum
Confirmed orders: As per target assigned
LMS update: 100% daily
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing ability
Basic knowledge of garment tags, labels, barcode stickers, printed labels, and packing material
Ability to do door-to-door sales 🚶
Product demonstration skills
Negotiation ability
WhatsApp, Excel, and LMS usage
Strong follow-up and customer handling
Ability to travel inside Indore market area
