Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive for MIHS (Medical Insurance & Health Services) to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities for MIHS products and services

• Promote and sell medical insurance and health service plans to individuals and corporate clients

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing and customer support

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance, healthcare, or financial services

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Target-oriented with a proactive approach

• Basic knowledge of medical insurance products is an advantage
