Role Purpose
To drive distributor appointment and ground sales execution for Maakshi Spices by ensuring strong retail coverage, distributor coordination, and market activation in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
1. Retail Expansion & Wholesale Coverage
Drive retail expansion by onboarding kirana stores, ensuring product availability & visibility, and consistently achieving outlet coverage targets.
2. Distributor Coordination
Ensure seamless distributor coordination by managing order booking, stock flow, replenishment, and supporting network expansion to maximize market reach.
3. Sales Execution
Achieve primary and secondary sales targets by driving order collection, ensuring billing conversion, and actively tracking competitor activities.
4. Trade Marketing & Activations
Deliver sales targets by converting retailer orders into billing while tracking competitor pricing and market activities.
5. Relationship Management
Build strong retailer and distributor relationships, resolve issues to drive repeat orders, and share market insights with the manager.
Candidate Profile
Must-Have
5 - 10 years of FMCG sales experience (Spices/Food preferred)
Must have worked in local retail market in Delhi NCR
Experience in general trade (GT) sales
Good communication and negotiation skills
Good-to-Have
Existing retailer/distributor network
Experience in new product launches
