Develop relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, and individual customers.
Explain product features, materials, finishes, and pricing to prospective clients.
Negotiate prices and terms within company guidelines to close orders.
Conduct daily field visits to potential and existing customers.
Maintain professional communication with clients during and after visits.
Collect complete client details including name, contact number, address, project location, and requirement details.
Follow up regularly with clients for quotations, approvals, and order finalization.

Type of requirement (kitchen, wardrobe, vanity, etc.)
Discussion summary and next action plan
Maintain proper documentation of all client conversations and commitments.
Update CRM / Excel sheets with lead status and follow-up dates.
Coordinate with office, design, and production teams for quotations and drawings.
