JUNIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE - JSR
Role Objective:
Execute daily outlet visits, support order collection, and ensure product visibility at the retail level.
Key KPIs:
● Outlet visits: 40 per day
● Productive calls: ≥ 60%
● New outlets added: 10–20/month
● Beat adherence: 100%
● Daily reporting compliance: 100%
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution
● Visit assigned outlets as per daily beat plan
● Support order booking and ensure billing
Market Coverage
● Identify and onboard new retail outlets
● Ensure product availability and visibility
●
Retail Execution
● Implement schemes and display materials
● Maintain strong retailer relationships
● Adherence to submit Feedback form
Reporting & Discipline
● Punch-in/out via company app (GPS mandatory)
● Submit daily activity reports
Systems:
● Mandatory usage of FieldAssist / Unolo
● GPS tracking, route tracking, and visit validation
Qualification:
● Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass
● FMCG experience preferred
