We are expanding our B2B Sales Team and looking for energetic, target-driven professionals with strong field execution capabilities.

Role: Business Development Executive (B2B Segment)

Preferred Background:

Candidates with experience in Pharma / FMCG / Digital Sales, especially from:

Apollo Pharmacy | Tata 1mg | PharmEasy | Netmeds | MedPlus | Wellness Forever | Guardian Pharmacy | Frank Ross Pharmacy | Davaindia

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily field visits to pharmacies & institutions

• Monthly target: 50 registrations | 30 activations | ₹3L new business

• Retailer onboarding & activation

• Account revival & loss-sales recovery

• Institutional cold calling & engagement

• CRM & reporting discipline

Candidate Profile:

• • 2–3 years experience in B2B field sales

• • Qualification: HS / Graduate

• • Must own two-wheeler with valid DL

• • Age: 21–40 years

Compensation:

• • ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand)

• • Incentives + ₹5/KM travel reimbursement

• • PF & ESIC
