About the Role: We are looking for energetic and motivated Sales Managers to drive our Loan Against Property (LAP) business for MSME and Salaried customers for loan amount ranging from 1-30 lakhs in Rural and Semi-Urban geographies. Your role will be to create brand visibility in the market, meet prospective customers, help them with their loan requirements, ensure smooth collections, and work closely with your branch team to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and source new MSME and salaried customers who need Loan Against Property.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Ensure on-time collections and achieve 100% collection efficiency.
Promote Veritas Finance in the local market and increase brand awareness.
Achieving the individual monthly business targets.
Ensure compliance with RBI and company policies at all times.
Performance Expectations:
Achieve a minimum loan disbursement target every month.
Maintain 100% collection efficiency.
Contribute to branch growth and team performance.
Who Can Apply:
Education - Minimum Fresher graduate with 1–3 years of experience in loan sales (preferably Mortgage / LAP / Secured loans). +2 and Diploma holders would also be considered.
Good communication skills and good local market knowledge.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to work on the field.
Basic understanding of loan documentation and collection process.
