Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales for Mortgage Loans, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, and Credit Card products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Generate business for:
Mortgage Loans
Personal Loans
Auto Loans
Credit Cards
Identify and acquire new customers through field sales, references, and market activities.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, dealers, and channel partners.
Explain product features, eligibility criteria, documentation, and benefits to customers.
Conduct field visits and customer meetings regularly.
Ensure timely login and processing of customer applications.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth disbursement and query resolution.
Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets.
Maintain proper MIS and daily activity reports.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Minimum 0–3 years of experience in BFSI sales/fresher can also apply.
Experience in loan or credit card sales will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Local market knowledge of Solapur preferred.
Candidate should be comfortable with field sales activities.
