Job Title: Sales Executive (Fresher / 0–6 Months Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive with 0–6 months of experience to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for sales and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through calls, emails, or in-person meetings

• Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/services

• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing

• Prepare basic sales reports and updates for seniors

• Participate in sales training and product knowledge sessions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)

• 0–6 months of experience in sales, marketing, or customer handling (freshers can apply)

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude

• Ability to work in a team and handle pressure
