Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales Executives to drive Hesa’s business growth across assigned locations. The role involves field visits, customer engagement, retailer/partner onboarding, sales generation, and maintaining strong local relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit retailers, customers, and business partners in assigned locations.

- Generate new leads and convert them into active customers/partners.

- Promote Hesa products, services, and offerings.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales and onboarding targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and local businesses.

- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

- Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers.

- Update daily sales activities and field visits through the required reporting system.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer support.

Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in sales, field sales, business development, FMCG, retail, or a related field.

- Freshers with good communication and a willingness to work in the field can also apply.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of the local market and language is preferred.

- Comfortable with field travel within the assigned territory.

- Basic smartphone and app-handling skills.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
