Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Officer to promote and sell home loan products for HDFC. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers and channel partners, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell home loan products offered by HDFC Ltd

• Generate leads through open market activities, referrals, and networking

• Guide customers through the loan application process, documentation, and disbursement .

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets .

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• 0–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in banking/NBFC/home loans)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good understanding of home loan products and market trends

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in selling financial products like home loans, LAP, or mortgages

• Existing network of builders, brokers, or DSAs is an advantage

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
