GNG Auto Aids Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, following up on sales leads, and maximizing sales opportunities for Tata Commercial vehicles. This role requires strong communication skills, customer focus, and the ability to implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, field visits, presentations, and door-to-door sales activities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automobile solutions
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to improve conversion rates
Maintain and update customer and lead data in the company database
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, performance metrics, and market feedback to management
Follow up with prospects to ensure timely closure of sales opportunities
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Experience: 0 to 10 years in sales (automobile industry experience preferred but not mandatory)
Knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
