TEAM LEADER / Sales Executive – SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Location- Delhi NCR

Qualification- Graduation/MBA

Experience- 3-10 Years

Salary- 3-6 LPA

Interview location- South Delhi near Sarita Vihar metro station

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead, supervise, and manage Relationship Managers, Telecallers, and Business Development Executives.

✔ Ensure achievement of team business targets and company objectives.

✔ Conduct daily review meetings and performance monitoring.

✔ Allocate territories, locations, and DSA visit plans to Relationship Managers.

✔ Identify potential markets, industrial areas, and business hubs for business expansion.

✔ Assist Relationship Managers in DSA meetings, client meetings, and business closures.

✔ Train team members on loan products, sales techniques, banking processes, and company policies.

✔ Guide team on sourcing Business Loans, MSME Loans, CC Limits, LAP, Home Loans, and Project Finance cases.

✔ Help team members resolve customer objections and processing issues.

✔ Monitor daily MIS, visit reports, lead reports, and conversion ratios.

✔ Develop new DSA networks, referral channels, and strategic partnerships.

✔ Coordinate with Credit Team, Operations Team, and Management for smooth business execution.

✔ Ensure proper customer service and relationship management.

✔ Conduct field visits with team members whenever required.

✔ Maintain self-targets for DSA Meetings, Client Meetings, Business Generation, and Revenue Generation.

✔ Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
