We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Field Sales Executive to lead on-ground sales and business development across Lucknow. In this role, you will be the front-facing ambassador for the brand—visiting glass processors, aluminum window/facade fabricators, hardware dealers, and retail counters daily. You will educate trade partners on Wacker’s heritage and technical superiority, demonstrate sealant performance, expand distribution reach, and achieve monthly volume and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Mapping & Client Acquisition (B2B & Retail Distribution)
Conduct daily field visits across Lucknow’s key trade clusters, industrial pockets, and retail hubs.
Build and manage relationships across target verticals:
Retail Trade: Hardware stores, glass shops, sanitary/plywood dealers, and building material retailers.
Fabricators & Contractors: Aluminum window/door fabricators, UPVC fabricators, structural glazing specialists, facade contractors, and interior fit-out contractors
