Job Description:
NextDeal is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Contact potential customers through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
Present and explain company products/services to clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Prepare sales reports and update customer records in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to travel for client meetings when required.
